On the afternoon of January 28, 2015, the 2015 annual quality management seminar was held in the branch of Shanghai Academy of social sciences. Shen Weimin, deputy director of Shanghai Municipal Bureau of quality and technical supervision, and Liu Gang, director of quality control department, attended the meeting and delivered a speech. Also present at the meeting were relevant persons in charge of the quality and technical supervision bureaus of all districts and counties in the city, and representatives of 40 member units of the industry quality promotion association. Shanghai Talent Service Industry Association was invited to attend the meeting.

Director Liu Gang first summarized and reviewed the promotion of quality management in 2014, and introduced the drafting and general ideas of the 2015 action plan for implementing Shanghai quality development plan (Draft for approval). After that, the relevant responsible persons of the quality and technical supervision bureaus of all districts and counties, the free trade zone sub bureaus and the representatives of the member units of 40 industry quality promotion associations were divided into two groups for a two-hour group discussion. During the discussion, the representatives fully studied and discussed comprehensively deepening the reform of quality work, promoting the development of quality industry and third-party quality service, and put forward many constructive opinions and suggestions.

At the end of the meeting, deputy director Shen Weimin expressed his gratitude to all sectors of the society for their support and concern for quality work in the past year, and put forward requirements for the promotion of quality work in 2015. He pointed out that under the guidance of Premier Li Keqiang's important speech at the China Quality (Beijing) conference, we should implement the spirit of the conference, focus on the city's central work, endow Shanghai with new thinking and new measures, promote the internationalization, marketization and legalization of Shanghai's quality work, normalize the government's quality work assessment, consolidate the city's quality and safety, and build a harmonious society Quality development highland.
